How underwriting works
We order an appraisal and review title, water rights, access and agricultural use. The loan is sized against appraised value — up to 70% — and priced on the asset, not your income. A 680+ credit score and a business-purpose use are the only borrower boxes to check.
Loans close in the name of an individual, LLC, trust or partnership. The property must be non-owner-occupied: an investment, an expansion, or a working operation you don't live on.
Available in all 50 states: Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware and 42 more.
